Advice about a minor ailment or run out of repeat medication?

If you have run out of your regular repeat medication or need advice about a minor ailment please contact your local community pharmacy.

Annual reviews for chronic conditions

If you have a chronic condition such as asthma, COPD or diabetes then we have changed the way we will be inviting you for review. From April 2014 your annual review will be due in the month of your birthday.


Please phone for results between 2 and 4pm.

Parking at Wodeland Avenue

The car park at our Wodeland Avenue site is often full and we need to reserve space for our staff. Please note that patients can park on the road directly outside free for up to 2hrs.

In the case of a life-threatening problem, dial 999 for an ambulance.  It is now advisable for anyone suffering acute, severe chest pain (especially if associated with sweating, pain in the neck or left arm or faintness) to dial 999. Any suspected "heart attack" is better dealt with directly by the paramedics in the Surrey Ambulance service.  The nearest casualty department is at the Royal Surrey County Hospital (01483) 571122

Site closures Friday 28th August

Please note that Stoughton Road Surgery, The Oaks and University Health Centre will be closed between 12.30pm and 2pm. You will be able to contact the surgery by phone and our Wodeland Avenue site will remain open as usual.

Dr Bryett has retired

Dr Bryett retired on 31st May 2015. Dr Rani Shenoy, already working at the practice, has moved to our Stoughton Road site to take over the care of her patients.

Flu vaccinations

Flu season is approaching. Click here for further information about the adult vaccination programme and here for information about the children's programme. We encourage all eligible patients to be vaccinated - "flu jab is not a waste of time".

If you are entitled to a flu vaccination, please contact reception to book - our clinics start on Saturday 26th September.

Named GP for all patients

All patients now have a named GP responsible for their care. Please ask for more information.

You will need to register for our new system. Please see the appointments/prescription sections for further information. You can  pre-register on line and complete your registration at the surgery. You can also view selected items from your medical record.
