The Practice regrets that it is not at present able to register NHS patients.

Exceptions: new-born babies of current patients or first degree relatives (parents, sibling or child) or spouse/civil partner, living at the same address of a current patient.

If you are not currently registered with an NHS General Practitioner (GP) locally and need to see a GP or a nurse, you can search online  to find another local practice in the area that you can register with, or call 0300 311 22 33 if you have difficulty registering with another practice.

There is also a Walk in Centre at Woking Community Hospital, Heathside Road, Woking, Surrey GU22 7HS.  This is a nurse led service providing treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, open Monday-Sunday, 8.00am – 8.00pm.

If you wish to, you can now use the internet to book appointments with a GP, request repeat prescriptions for any medications you take regularly and look at your medical record online. You can also still use the telephone or call in to the surgery for any of these services as well. 

Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday. 

The services is open 24/7/365 and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or Mobile phone.
