Dr Couper

has now retired. His patients will now be looked after by Dr Pham.

Annual reviews for chronic conditions

If you have a chronic condition such as asthma, COPD or diabetes then we have changed the way we will be inviting you for review. From April 2014 your annual review will be due in the month of your birthday.

Shingles vaccination

We are offering shingles vaccinations according to the government programme. If you were aged 70 or 79 on 1/9/2013 you may be eligible.

Results

Please phone for results between 2 and 4pm.

Parking at Wodeland Avenue

The car park at our Wodeland Avenue site is often full and we need to reserve space for our staff. Please note that patients can park on the road directly outside free for up to 2hrs.

Telephone lines

We have been experiencing an unusually high volume of calls which has meant some patients have had difficulties contacting us. Please note that you can book, change and cancel appointments on line.

New on line appointments service

We have moved to a new appointments system. Patients currently registered with our online booking system will need to re-register for the new system. Appointments can be made and cancelled using this system. Please go to the appointments section for details. Note that you can register for this service on line.

Contact details

Please let us know of any change in your contact details by completing the online form at the bottom of the home page.

Emergencies
In the case of a life-threatening problem, dial 999 for an ambulance.  It is now advisable for anyone suffering acute, severe chest pain (especially if associated with sweating, pain in the neck or left arm or faintness) to dial 999. Any suspected "heart attack" is better dealt with directly by the paramedics in the Surrey Ambulance service.  The nearest casualty department is at the Royal Surrey County Hospital (01483) 571122
